What Does A Children’s Care Workers’ Job Involve?

At Bright Futures Care, our Children’s care services provide the support that is tailored to the child’s individual needs and requirements. 

As a Children’s Care Worker, you would be responsible for providing a high standard of care to ensure sustainable lives and positive outcomes are achieved for every child.  Our goal is to bring quality living and learning environments to children’s lives by providing the care and support that they need.

Your role as a Children’s Care Worker will involve supporting a group of children with Autism and learning disabilities in a bespoke residential property with gardens.  This role involves understanding the needs of the children you will be caring for and planning activities to engage and support them to succeed. You will be a pivotal part of the children’s lives, taking an active role in developing each child’s independence, and assisting them in expressing themselves.

You will be joining a brilliant and hard-working team that will welcome you with open arms.  We all have different levels of experience and have a very friendly and approachable manner.  In our residential homes, we have access to local amenities.

As a team we are determined to give the children we care for the opportunity to have fun and a great quality of life.  By becoming a Children’s Care Worker, you will earn a salary of £24,766 per year and have the benefits of a supportive working environment.  Additional benefits include only working 3 days per week, meaning that you have 4 days to yourself.  All meals at work will be provided and there is overtime available for those who would like some additional hours of work.
