New Year, New Job!

Black Cat Book

Did you ring in the new year with a list of New Year’s resolutions?  It is fairly standard to sign up to a health kick and have an aim to read more, but did you think it is time for a career change? Why not consider this fantastic opportunity to work in care?

At the start of 2022 by aiming, why not finally go for the job you have been dreaming of? Or are you are looking for a new challenge?   We are on the lookout for new colleagues to join our team.

To help you on your journey, we’ve put together a list of some of our available roles:

Residential Support Worker

Imagine being involved in creating a wonderful home environment for children and young adults, who need care and support to develop their independence to live fun and active lives.  That is what you would do every day as a Residential Support Worker at Bright Futures.

No two days are the same!  From cooking and playing with the children and young adults in our amazing homes, to visiting the zoo, cinema or going on a forest walk as part of their exciting activities, you will be there to support their emotional needs on every step of their journey.

At Bright Futures, our employees are there to help our children and young adults to communicate and engage in their surroundings.  And, through fun games and activities, we have time and time again been able to witness the progress this can bring.

We support both children and young adults in our amazing homes, and we are also on the lookout for Support Workers to join one of our teams.

If you are interested in working in care, there is no more rewarding job role to take on.  There is only one question to ask yourself – are you caring, proud, passionate and motivated to help us change our children’s and young adults’ lives?

This role will present new challenges every day, but there is one thing that always stays the same: you are offered the opportunity to become an integral part of the life and progress of some incredible young people.

Registered Managers

Already got some experience in care?  Looking to take the next step in your career?  Our Registered Manager position might just be right for you.

Within this role, you will be overseeing the care of young people we support, by inspiring and motivating your team to be the best they can be.  You will ensure that plans are put in place to help the team achieve the goals they have set for themselves and the children and young adults we support.
