The Stages of our Training and Development Pathway
What your first few weeks could look like
Starting a new role is an exciting step, and we’re committed to helping every new colleague feel welcomed, supported and confident from day one.
The first few weeks are designed to help you settle in, get to know your team and the people we support and educate, and build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in your role.
New colleagues receive a local induction tailored to their team and work environment, providing an introduction to day-to-day responsibilities, ways of working and how they can make a positive difference.
Alongside this, colleagues complete elements of our company induction programme. Depending on the role, this may include a range of induction modules and training designed to introduce Bright Futures, our values, the people we support and educate, and the standards and practices that underpin our high-quality care and education.
