Bright Support for Adults

Our Adult's Support Offer

At Bright Futures, we specialise in supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability, particularly those who have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and are often considered “harder to place”, including those with health and mobility needs.

We believe every person we support has the potential to live a fulfilling, meaningful life when the right environment, support, and relationships are in place.

At Bright Futures, we place a huge focus on outcomes and encouraging the people we support to achieve goals tailored to them. By using person-centered approaches, the adults’ needs, views and preferences shape the support they receive and facilitate the outcomes they achieve.

Our homes are carefully selected based on individual need and preference, including:

Pattern

Rural and quieter environments for those requiring reduced sensory stimulation.

Pattern

Homes within thriving communities to support independence, inclusion, and everyday life experiences.

This flexible model allows us to provide the right environment at the right time, supporting stability, progression, and long-term success.

At a number of our adult registered care homes we can provide CQC registered care to young people from the age of 16. This can offer a home to a young person who is ready for this move and reduce a transition from a children’s homes to an adult home at 18.
