Our Adult's Care Offer
We have a proven track record in supporting adults with complex needs to live successful lives, as contributing members of their communities.
Our adult registered care homes are aimed at young adults who are at the start of their adult life.
At a number of our adult registered care homes we can provide CQC registered care to young people from the age of 16. This can offer a home to a young person who is ready for this move and reduce a transition from a children’s homes to an adult home at 18.
We offer a range of environments that can meet a breadth of needs. We offer homes for 2 - 5 people in town settings, to more rural and quieter locations.
These varied environments can provide a step up step down model as a person becomes more able to manage with less staff support.
It may also be right for a person to move on from our care into a supported living model and we fully support this. We will work with the person and their family to plan and deliver this outcome.
Our formalised STRIVE programme supports adults that have finished their formal education to continue their lifelong learning journey. By using person-centered approaches, the adults’ needs, views and preferences shape the support they receive and the outcomes they achieve.
