Careers in Education

About Careers in Education

We’re specialists in making a difference to the lives of both young people and adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, and if you ask us… we’re really good at what we do.

If you’re looking for a career as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant, at Bright Futures you’ll join a supportive career path alongside like-minded teachers and carers with an appreciation and understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Develop Your Journey!

With regular training through our very own Specialist Support Team, alongside other specialist training providers and healthcare professionals, you’re set up to thrive right from the outset. Not only that but our commitment to sharing best practice means our education teams often deliver bespoke training, support, and advice on autism and learning disabilities to families, local mainstream schools, and the wider community.

Our Schools

Our independent day schools in Lymm, St Helens and Salford  provide education for children and young people aged 4-25 years with autism and complex needs. Many of our pupils join us during periods of anxiety or crisis. We

By providing the highest quality personalised, achievement driven education, we ensure our pupils reach their full potential, fulfilling ambitions and achieving the best possible life chances.

We believe in enriching our community by forging strong connections with local businesses and organisations.  We are working hard to deliver a curriculum that has social impact, and benefits both the community and our pupils.
