Permanent staff, with specific training in what the people we support need, provide personalised learning and living environments in each of our homes.
Once the specific needs of a person we support are identified, a personalised plan will be developed. This plan will inform the activities that the people we support will do, the goals they would like to meet, and how they need their staff to support them successfully.
