Summer Placements At Bright Futures Cares

Sack Race

We are offering employment during the summer to University students who live in the local areas of Warrington, Lymm, Widnes and St Helens.  Our pay rate is £10 an hour and we are currently offering full time, part-time and flexible positions throughout the whole of the summer holidays and other term breaks.

Our unique working hours mean you actually get more days off than your average job.  Along with this, we do offer a range of benefits which include all your meals are provided by us, overtime is available if you need it and we have an excellent induction and training programme, so you will feel confident within your position from the get-go.

Who Are We?

We are a specialist company supporting children and young adults with autism and learning difficulties. We have a variety of settings which include our residential home environments and our specialist school settings. The approach we take here is dedicated, tailored and person-centred which ensures individuals are able to experience their life to its fullest potential.

As a Support Worker, you will be providing the highest standards of care by understanding care needs, planning activities and supporting and engaging our children and adults to succeed.  You will make a real difference in their lives.

We can offer career pathways and development opportunities, should you wish to pursue a career with Bright Futures after leaving University.

We are looking for caring, proud, passionate and motivated team members to help us provide our high-quality service.  It is not necessary for you to have previous experience, as we provide market-leading training to ensure our people are given the support, skills and trust needed to succeed.

All we ask is that you are friendly and approachable and have a passion for providing great care so that you will fit into our team perfectly.  If you are looking for a full-time role with us after university, taking a summer placement opportunity will stand you in good stead.
