Our 2025 Annual Survey Results

Our 2025 Annual Survey Results are here!

Each year, Bright Futures seek the feedback and insights from those who use and engage with our services; the people we support and educate, their families, our workforce, and external stakeholders as part of our Annual Survey. This annual reflection is essential in identifying what’s working well at Bright Futures and making sure we are listening to the people who matter most to inform our future growth.

We’re excited to share with you the feedback we received and our reflections in our 2025 Annual Survey.

What do the results say?

The feedback for 2025 highlights the meaningful difference our care makes, with people telling us they feel happy, safe, and supported to spend their time doing things they enjoy and have chosen for themselves. We placed a strong focus on facilitating and evidencing meaningful outcomes, ensuring care remains genuinely person-centred, enabling progress to be tracked, achievements celebrated, and real improvements in wellbeing and quality of life.

Within our education services, feedback is very similar, and incredible to hear that parents feel supported and informed about their child and their education.  Across our schools, pupils benefit from structured, supportive and aspirational environments that promote confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours, tailored to individual needs. This commitment to inclusive, outcomes-focused education was recognised through several achievements, including Ash Meadow School receiving the School Games Silver Mark Award and Willow Tree Park being honoured with High School Pupil of the Year and Headteacher of the Year at the Warrington Guardian Education Awards 2025.

Why our Annual Survey is so important

It gives the people we support, their families, our colleagues, and stakeholders an opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives. Their feedback helps shape the future of our services, ensuring they continue to reflect the changing needs and goals of our communities.

By listening, learning, and acting on what we hear, we ensure we are always developing the support we offer – aiming high so the people we support can achieve the best outcomes possible and that families are confident that we are a safe pair of hands for their loved ones.

Our survey strengthens our ability to make informed decisions to improve the impact we have on those we work with. From our workforce and commissioners to the people we support, everybody gets a say in how we develop.
